
I am a certified licensed Massage Therapist. I have been helping others reduce their tension and stress for over 16 years in the beautiful state of California. I have continued that education by taking a stress management coaching class.
Learning massage encompasses a lot more than just learning how to “rub” someone. You also have to learn about the body and how it works. Especially how to relieve the stresses it has to handle. Both the physical stresses and the mental. And now I have even more knowledge to share.
Like a lot of my clients over the years, many people wonder what they can do on their own to help their bodies feel better and reduce their stress. Thus with the creation of this website I hope to be able to share these effective suggestions and tips to as many people as possible. I can’t massage you from a website, but I can share my knowledge and expertise that will assist you in reducing the amount of stress (and the tension it creates) in a variety of ways.

My website gives you numerous ways for you to stress less without having to spend a lot of time and money. And to give you options to exercising and/or meditation. Not that those are not great ways to reduce stress. They are. And there are numerous websites about them. But I wanted to share something beyond that. Especially if you’re not motivated to workout or just don’t like it. Or you don’t know how to meditate, or just don’t like it.
Life is full of problems and negativity. Enjoying yourself, discovering more of your abilities, and focusing on positive things help to offset those less than desirable actions that may be happening around you.
Some of my posts will deal with physical things you can do and others that require more of the mind. With this variety it is my hope that you will experience stress reducers that work for you as a beautiful individual.
